Return and Refund Policy

1. Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and unworn.
  • Be returned with its original packaging and labels.
  • Not be a personalized or promotional item.

3. Return procedure

Step 1: Send an email to info@zaltis-paris.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Ship the package with a tracking service (return costs are your responsibility).

Step 3: Upon receipt, we check the product within 5 working days and proceed with the refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Once the return is validated, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days .

Reimbursement methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal

Note: Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

5. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please contact us to check the availability of the new item.

6. Non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products on promotion or sale.
  • Personalized items.
  • Hygiene or cosmetic products (if opened).

7. Defective Product or Delivery Error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send us photos within 48 hours to info@zaltis-paris.fr .
